Home to Australia's five highest peaks, the Snowy Mountains are adorned with lush flora, an abundance of wildlife and sweeping vistas which make it an excellent place to explore on foot.

The Park Trek tour, which is tailored for a small group of lucky travellers, is perfect for those looking for something a little different. The tour caters for all levels of fitness and covers approximately 58 kms over five days.

Highlights of the Snowy Mountains Park Trek tour include:

  • Crystal clear cascading waters of Thredbo River
  • Snowy River to Blue Lakes. This dramatic location has a series of waterfalls cascading into a deep blue pool.  Blue Lakes is arguably the jewel in the crown of the Kosciusko National Park
  • Mt Kosciuszko summit – the highest point in Australia
  • Four nights in a cosy ski lodge nestled in the heart of the alpine village of Thredbo so walkers can relax in comfort at the end of each day
