Carousel combines the best offerings on its special promotional menus to present Around the World cuisine for guests from 6 June to 5 July. Be enticed by signature European dishes such as carrillada al-andalus (braised veal cheeks) and paella mixta from Spain, saffron risotto with Balinese spicy scallops and organic asparagus from Italy and icli kofte (Turkish stuffed meatballs) and kara lahana dolmasi (stuffed collard greens) from Turkey. Highlights on the menu from Asia include Cantonese slow-braised spiced duck stuffed with eight treasures glutinous rice, Indian grilled masala marinated lamb chop with a hint of cinnamon and Thai roasted duck in red curry with lemongrass.
End the meal on a high note with delectable desserts like the Turkish baklava (pistachio puff pastry), tuiles de grananda (Spanish sesame seed tuile), and deconstructed tiramisu.
Helmed by Royal Plaza on Scotts' Executive Chef, Darren Ong, the Around the World promotion is available from 6 June to 5 July during the dinner meal period from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at $86++ for adults and $52++ for children.
