Drawing inspiration from the four seasons, the spa, Bellesa de Claret, sources natural products from the Castell's fragrant gardens, which come alive with vivid colours and heady scents at this time of year. Lavender, almonds and olives are among the homegrown ingredients used in a range of relaxing rituals.
