Lunar New Year À la Carte Selection
Toss to an auspicious start with the signature Prosperity 'Yu Sheng' with Norwegian Salmon (available in medium and large portions), decked with fruits like marinated papaya, honeydew, pomelo, strawberry and snow pear.
Gastronomes will delight in a variety of expertly-prepared nourishing soups like the Braised Superior Bird's Nest in Golden Sauce and Double-boiled Abalone Consommé with Maca Root served in Teapot.
Indulge in Chef Tony Wun's gastronomic creation of the Braised King Prawn with Shrimp Oil¸ a succulent dish perfectly braised with shrimp oil to bring out irresistible flavours. Seafood epicureans can relish the Deep-fried Sea Perch Fillet with Fermented Beancurd and Wok-baked Lobster with Superior Stock and Butter, while the Braised Beef Ribs with Chef's Signature Sauce will entice meat lovers.
For sharing, diners can enjoy the selection of seafood and meat indulgences like Deep-fried Dace Fish served with Clam Sauce and Braised Boneless Short Ribs, or noodle and rice options like Double-boiled Chicken with Glass Vermicelli and Wanton served in Claypot and Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Wind-dried Sausages.

Diners can select from four 6-course set menus priced from S$118++ per person, featuring epicurean delights like Wok-baked Boston Lobster with Homemade XO Sauce, Steamed Sea Perch Fillet with Celery and Chinese Rice Wine and Fried Rice with Crab Meat and Dried Scallops.
Groups of 10 diners have five 8-course set menus priced from S$1288++ per table to select from, with indulgences like Crispy Roasted Chicken with Black Truffle, Whole Crispy Suckling Pig and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall to savour.
