The Montague's Ski Lodge is back by popular demand! From 16 November 2017 to 20 January 2018, the Bloomsbury hotel's al fresco space will once again be transformed into London's hottest après ski destination, adorned with pine trees, snowmen, reindeers, falling snow and twinkling lights to get even the biggest Scrooge in the holiday spirit. Homemade flavoured schnapps and vodkas, including candy cane, butterscotch and toffee, will be served, alongside classic winter tipples like mulled wine and spiced cider. For those with a sweet tooth the decadent 'hot choctails' are a must. A selection of seasonally-inspired foods is also available and includes the likes of turkey schnitzel, bratwurst and deep fried camembert.

Visitors can purchase a 'Ski Pass' on weekends for £35 per person which includes a selection of seasonal food, plus a choice from the menu of festive drinks and access to the Ski Lodge for one hour. The Chesterfield Mayfair's Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea

Just a short walk from the bright lights and buzzing stalls of Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland, The Chesterfield's dedicated afternoon tea is the perfect way to warm up and relax in the light, bright surrounds of the hotel's Conservatory. Starting with a warming shot of mulled wine, The Chesterfield's Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea celebrates all that makes the Christmas season so enchanting. Guests will dine on a selection of finger sandwiches and sweet treats, all with a festive twist, including chestnut macarons, chocolate Yule log, Christmas tree chocolate and coffee pots, black forest cupcakes and salted caramel chocolate tarts in the shape of presents. Alpine Lodge at Old Government House, Guernsey

Guernsey lights up at Christmastime, making it the perfect destination for a quick getaway over the winter months. St Peter's Port, the island's capital, is filled with Christmas markets and festive activities. Old Government House, Guernsey's only five star hotel, sits proudly atop the hill in the heart of St Peter's Port and offers panoramic sea views. On 1st December the hotel will launch its Alpine Lodge where the rooftop terrace overlooking the port will be transformed into a cosy lodge complete with snowy scenery, a flickering fire, comfy sofas and blankets to snuggle up in. Summer Lodge Wreath Making Classes in Dorset  

Summer Lodge Country House Hotel & Spa, located in the small village of Evershot in Dorset, will be hosting wreath making workshops throughout December so guests and visitors can adorn their homes in a suitably festive fashion. Those attending the workshop will enjoy tasty festive refreshments like mulled wine and mince pies while they design and create their wreath.
