A great variety of tapas has been carefully chosen by chef, including Lobster Croquetas, Tuna Tataki and Slow Cooked Egg, enabling diners to truly experience the sharing culture in Spain.

For the main, choose between the delicious white fish - Pan Fried Seabass that's packed with nutrients and flavor, and the tender Easter Lamb Chop which is a long-held tradition for Easter celebration.

Finish off your Spanish Easter meal with Chocolate in Textures served with hot milk chocolate, alongside with Super Special Prosecco (HK$188 per bottle) and Classic Bucks Fizz Cocktails (HK$25 per glass) for abundant joy and laughter in the eggceptional Secret Garden.

About Chef Guillermo Delavault

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Guillermo Delavault discovered the pleasure of eating as a child and went onto Barcelona to study at the renowned Escola de Restauració i Hostalatge de Barcelona. Following his education, Chef Delavault further developed his culinary skills in Spain and worked at some of the top hotels and restaurants in the industry, including Two-Michelin Star Restaurant Enoteca, Three-Michelin Star El Celler de Can Roca, and latterly Two-Michelin Star Hibiscus Restaurant in London. Chef Delavault now heads up Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar at Mira Moon Hotel bringing delicious Spanish tapas to Hong Kong.
