Ebb & Flow Celebrates Artistic Spring with a New Contemporary Chinese Painting Exhibition by award-winning artist Mao Yanyang

As Hong Kong hosts a series of international art fairs this March, The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotelisexcited to present a new curated exhibition. From 5 March  to 15 September 2016, the 5 star hotel's stylish lobby lounge, Ebb & Flow, will house award-winning artist, Mao Yanyang's “Confession in the Ruins” series curated by the internationally acclaimed Galerie Junger.

Mao Yanyang has established himself as one of the top emerging contemporary Chinese artists in recent years, having received the The Chinese Art Prize 2007 and Chinese Art Prize (CAP) 2008 Gold Prize winner. His has since exhibited internationally, including Art Cologne as well as the Asian Triennial in Manchester, United Kingdom. 

Mao's audacious art series “Confession in the Ruins” combines realism and expressionism. The art pieces invite audience to reflect on the sugar-coated world, where the truth is often discarded and forgotten.

Ebb & Flow keeps delighting its guests with various culinary promotions and art exhibitions regularly. “Confession in the Ruins” is the second highlighted exhibition since Ebb & Flow's grand opening last season. To welcome the artistic spring, Ebb & Flow offers a host of new éclairs, including the Strawberry-flavoured éclair served with Pop Rocks and the Lemon-Meringue, delightful treats to enjoy amidst the conversation-rousing thought-provoking art works on the wall.

From now to 30 April 2016, guests who book The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel will also be greeted with these playful and inspiring éclairs, as well as buffet breakfasts and 20% dining discounts with “A Sweet Spring Break“ package.
