As the ambassador for hospitality giant, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, Layne Beachley has been helping employees embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle, and now the general public have a chance to learn Layne's vitality secrets too.

The seven-time world surfing champion is inviting guests on a week-long 'Eat, Pray, Surf' escape to beautiful Bali, which she will host alongside her INXS rocker husband, Kirk Pengilly.

As the most successful female surfer of all time, Layne knows what it takes to stay in peak condition, both physically and mentally, and has enthralled crowds around the world with her inspirational lectures.

“Bali is the perfect backdrop for this workshop, which incorporates a focus on healthy eating and exercise, as well as pampering and spiritual experiences to really rejuvenate the mind, body and soul,” Ms Beachley said.

Attendees will be treated to surfing lessons, a personal mentoring session and inspirational lectures with Layne, a shopping tour of Seminyak, as well as cooking classes and a weekly healthy eating plan which will be led by both Layne and Kirk.

This action-packed itinerary is balanced with five invigorating pamper sessions, plus a water cleansing ceremony and blessing at a holy waterfall, as well as a visit to a Balinese medicine man.

“It was only through improving my physical and emotional health that I was able to conquer chronic fatigue 18 years ago, and I have embraced this lifestyle ever since. Kirk and I are passionate about sharing our everyday lifestyle tips, including what we eat, how we stay active and how we maintain a positive mindset,” she added.
