Adam Newth, Young Chef of the Year at 25 shakes up Dundee....
Driven by his love of food and his appetite to put Tayside on the map, Adam Newth opened the breath-taking, culinary experience that is The Tayberry Restaurant in November 2015, with ambitious plans to expand with a new bistro in the coming months followed by more restaurants after his huge successes so far.... and he is only 25!
Now a raving Fine Dining Experience and success, nestled in a beautiful coastal setting, Adam and his team renovated and transformed the Broughty Ferry Beach Hut into what is now a stunning waste not, want not Fine Dining experience. Adam is passionate about non wastage and use of the forgotten foods, creating eccentric twists to Scottish Culinary and making the most of his surroundings and local suppliers.
