Drop 'n Shop: Child Entertainment Center strives to “provide high quality childcare services” for up to two hours for parents shopping at the Mall. Children are free to play in the center's “safe, secure and stimulating child-friendly environment,” with activities such as art projects, mini-soccer, video games, yoga and zumba while being monitored by screened staff members.
Prices start at $15 on weekdays, topping out at $20 per hour Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with a slight price break for two or more children. Date night specials will also be available.
The two hour maximum is for a number of logistical reasons. The staff at Drop 'n Shop do not feed the children and will not change diapers. Parents are not permitted to leave the Mall premises while their children are at the center and triple-check security measures are employed to make sure no child is picked up by an unauthorized adult.
