QT Melbourne has brought a cool twist to the Rooftop at QT this summer, creating the ultimate decadent duo of cocktail-inspired sorbet. Together with Four Pillars Gin, QT presents Sips & Sorbet: A Hot Gin Summer.

From Saturday the 14th of January until Sunday the 26th of February, the Rooftop at QT will be churning traditional gin and tonics into summer sorbet, scooped straight from the Sips & Sorbet cart.  

Inspired by Four Pillars’ Fresh Yuzu, Bloody Shiraz, and Rare Dry Gin, guests can indulge in a refreshing double-duty treat with scoops of bloody peach, spiced negroni, yuzu ginger, and fresh vanilla. 

For those who prefer to sip rather than spoon, soak into the summer mood with bespoke gin cocktails such as the Summer Lovin’ featuring Rare Dry Gin, watermelon and bitter strawberry soda, and Sunset Spritz mixed with Bloody Shiraz Gin, Aperol and salted grapefruit.  

Teamed with skyline views of the city, and the heavy rotation of Melbourne’s best DJs seducing you into the summer sunset, guests have the perfect ingredients for a hot gin summer. 

Sips & Sorbet: A Hot Gin Summer will be running for six weeks only, available every weekend from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, from January 14, 2023 until February 26, 2023. No bookings required.
