Dr. Chris Brown and The Living Room Take a Trip to Dublin

Tourism Ireland

Dr Chris Brown and The Living Room crew visited Dublin recently to discover what the city has to offer. Dr Chris took time out of his busy schedule to explore Ireland's capital city. The crew – working with Tourism Ireland – captured footage of the sights, food, culture and nightlife in Dublin. Chris's Dublin highlights will air on Friday 24 and Friday 31 March 2017 on Network Ten.

During his trip, Chris was expertly guided around the city with Dublin City Bike tours, before trying his hand at the ancient game of Hurling with Experience Gaelic Games. In the Pheonix Park, he met with Deer Keeper Terry Moore and the park's herd of wild fallow deer. After working up an appetite he visited Gallagher's Boxty House in Temple Bar to sample some traditional Irish food. And no trip to Dublin would be complete without sampling a pint of the black stuff in Dublin's historical pub the Stag's Head.

Sofia Hansson, Tourism Ireland's manager for Australia and New Zealand, said: “We were delighted to support Chris Brown and The Living Room crew in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to get positive exposure in Australia, showcasing Dublin at its best. Dublin is internationally renowned for its friendly locals, historical sites, traditional pubs and rich literary culture. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase Dublin to prospective holidaymakers and inspire them to discover Dublin for themselves.”
