Dolphin Discovery Cozumel, one of Dolphin Discovery Group’s 13 dolphinariums, was honored at Princess Cruise’s 14th Annual CRUISE service awards as one of the most popular shore excursion experiences in the Caribbean and Panama Canal area for the 2012-13 season. The excursion has been awarded more times than any other from Mexico.

The CRUISE program is the longest running customer service program in the cruise industry. Winners are determined using feedback obtained from passengers who evaluated the activities using surveys.

"This kind of award is very important for Dolphin Discovery as it is directly linked to our guests who voted for our service. Showing that the thousands of people who work on a daily basis at our facilities are providing a service that is educational, interactive, fun and of the highest quality. Dolphin Discovery Cozumel has made the list eight years in a row, with Dolphin Discovery Tortola also being awarded three times in the past.

Dolphin Discovery Group locations have been awarded numerous accolades in its 19 years, including Trip Advisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards 2013 for its Isla Mujeres, Puerto Aventuras, Los Cabos, Grand Cayman and Tortola locations.
