DOLLY to Mark Mother's Day With Its Annual Four-Course Lunch and Dinner Service

DOLLY, the underground European bistro and cocktail bar at Le Méridien Melbourne, will mark Mother's Day 2026 with a special four-course dining service across lunch and dinner.

For the occasion, Executive Chef Hervé Borghini will present a menu informed by his Bordeaux roots and Michelin training, with each mum welcomed with a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV Champagne.

Priced at $95 per person for four courses, the offering is a sharp one for Mother's Day, particularly within a luxury hotel setting. The menu will be available for dinner on Saturday, 9 May 2026 and lunch on Sunday, 10 May 2026.
