To showcase the incredible culinary talents of new Head Chef Alan O'Kane, The Black Swan, Helmsley has two tantalisingly good, delicious offers to tempt food lovers....'A Bit of a Dish' is an overnight stay designed with foodies in mind, or linger longer with the two-night 'Commitment to Cuisine' break (prices from just £249 per couple).
Both packages are a celebration of the finest produce on offer in North Yorkshire. A delectable feast of local fayre from river, sea, farm and moorland, about which Chef Alan is completely passionate and which inspire his creative blend of unique taste and texture combinations. Both stays include the six-course tasting menu in the hotel's 3 AA rosette restaurant The Gallery, which perfectly showcase his talent and will delight those who appreciate good food and wines.
'A Bit of a Dish' includes:
