• Aberaeron, Dyfed (2 miles, 2 hours) - The Trail starts at the seafront car park and takes you around the harbour, along the seafront, into the main street and then to the outskirts of town, returning alongside the River Aeron. Part of the Trail also follows the shingle coastal path offering some great scenic views.

• New Quay, Dyfed (2.5 miles, 2 hours) – The Trail starts at the car park on Church Road as you approach the town downhill and takes you on a challenging walk around the town and picturesque harbour area. The route reveals stunning views over New Quay bay before returning to the start point.

• Rhayader, Powys (1.5 miles, 2 hours) - The Trail starts and finishes close to the leisure centre and heads through town, down to the river and past the castle. Nestled amid beautiful rugged scenery, this is a great place to dawdle whilst listening to the birds and looking out for leaping salmon!

• Newport, Pembrokeshire (2.5 miles, 3 hours) - The Trail starts at the harbour car park and explores this fascinating coastal town. Your mission to solve the clues will lead you to the estuary, through the town and past the church before returning to the harbour along the coastal path.

• Llandeilo, Dyfed (1.5 miles, 2 hours) - The Trail starts in the town centre car park and leads you around the town of Llandeilo, situated at the heart of the Tywi Valley and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. The route takes in the most interesting parts of the town, including a visit to the bridge over the River Tywi.
