Dining Changes at Argus and Mineral Springs Hotel

Spa Country

The Argus Dining Room and Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel is undergoing an upgrade of its dining areas including the installation of a new open kitchen and enclosed arches at the front of the historic 1930s property.

Construction is well underway at The Argus Dining Room which will see the creative heart fully integrated and a main feature of the stunning dining area. The renovations are being carefully monitored by Executive Chef David Willcocks to ensure this new and exciting element is will be a focus for guests at the hatted restaurant.

The open kitchen will provide an interactive dining experience for guests when it is launched in May. During the final stages the Dining Room will be closed from the 13th to the 30th April, but guests can enjoy the newly launched Argus Bar and Lounge menu, adjacent to The Argus Dining Room, which is available for lunch and dinner seven days.

Choose from snacks and share platters, light meals, something a little more filling and sweet treats. Nibble on Mt Zero Olive, Potted shrimp and candied walnuts or indulge in a crayfish and wasabi mayonnaise on a milk bread roll.

The Argus Bar and Lounge menu will be served under the newly enclosed arches at the front of the boutique hotel which will be surrounded with glass and fitted with bi-fold doors that can be opened during the warmer months.

The new development will allow room for approximately 20 new seats and the ability for guests to fully appreciate the beautiful gardens of the hotel.

Once complete renovations to the arches and Argus Dining Room kitchen, along with the new Argus Bar and Lounge Menu will offer guests the full gamet of dining from casual to five-star.
