Luxury five star inn, the Cary Arms, in Devon's Babbacombe Bay, will complete an extensive £1.5 million expansion on 1st July. The de Savary owned boutique hotel will unveil six chic Beach Huts and two luxurious Beach Suites, with a luxury spa to follow in August. The new developments, which have been designed to incorporate traditional seaside charm with a stylish, contemporary feel, complement the existing ten bedroom luxury inn and cottages, which all have sea views.

The Beach Huts and Beach Suites will each sleep two with stunning views across Lyme Bay to Portland Bill. Sitting on the water's edge, each comprises a terrace, sitting room, wet bar, log-burning stove, bedroom and stylish bathroom. Set within gardens alongside the waters-edge, the Beach Huts take full advantage of the magnificent views with the bedroom on the upper floor. The Beach Suites have possibly the best location for incredible sea views, designed laterally with a wide sun deck. 

The new Cary Spa will include a glass-fronted pool and sunbathing deck with extensive sea views and unspoilt Jurassic coastline. Treatment rooms, an experience shower, mood lighting, aromatherapy jets, a sauna, steam and mini gym will all add to the special experience of staying at the Cary Arms. 

The boutique feel of the inn is mirrored by its relaxed style of dining both indoors and out.  Menus reflect the seasons and the individual dishes are created from only the best local ingredients. The Cary Arms is both family-friendly and dog friendly with a choice of suites and cottages with up to five bedrooms.
