The life-changing seven-day retreat in the beautiful over-water Meera Spa, from 3rd-9th February 2016, will focus on natural healing through a juice and smoothie cleanse, with the idyllic, relaxing setting complementing the process. As part of the programme, Jennifer will use iridology (iris analysis) sessions to assess guests' health and advise them on a path of personal wellbeing through diet and lifestyle changes.  As well as the seven-day programme, three and one day options are available.
