The Travel Corporation is pleased to announce that Madhvi Buch has accepted the new role as CEO of Destination America starting on April 7, 2014.
“This is a new position at Destination America that recognizes the significant growth we have experienced over the past eight years and our growth plans for the future,” said Richard Launder, President of The Travel Corporation USA. “Madhvi has proven herself within The Travel Corporation as a Manager, Director and Vice President and is now ideally suited to lead the team at Destination America. Madhvi's experience in many aspects of the tour operators business cycle will add a significant breadth of knowledge to the company.”
Buch is extremely knowledgeable regarding the tour operations business. She also brings considerable experience in process management and improvement from her previous role as The Travel Corporation's Vice President of the Call Center in Anaheim, CA.
“We have an outstanding team including senior executives Christophe Ghaye, President, and Aniseh Dalju, Vice President of Business Development and Contracting,” said Launder. “Madhvi's skill set will complement theirs to ensure our continued growth and development in a very competitive market.”
