Guests can indulge in a-la-minute teppanyaki favourites including live prawns and sliced beef with onions in ninniku sauce. Over at the Asian counter, the aromatic tandoori dishes such as murgh afghani kebab (boneless chicken marinated in saffron and cream) and gosht badshahi kebab (minced mutton marinated with garlic, ginger and spices) promise to delight, as the chefs bake the kebabs traditionally over charcoal for a more intense flavour. Carousel's popular bread and butter pudding will complete the dining experience.
