The family-friendly Priory Inn is the ever-popular heart of the charming market town of Tetbury in The Cotswolds.  It has worked within a “30 Mile Food Zone**” since November 2008 which demonstrates its unwavering commitment to serving local food and drink from farms, producers and suppliers within a 30 mile radius of Tetbury. Local gardeners regularly contribute to the “Barter-at-the-Back-Door” scheme bringing baskets of home-grown produce or fruit and exchanging it for vouchers. The house wine is served in hand-thrown pichets from a nearby pottery and the big brand names behind the bar have been thrown out in favour of local lagers, ciders, wheat beer and stout. The restaurant has gained a strong following for live acoustic music every Sunday night and gourmet pizzas fresh from the wood-fired oven.
