Highlights from the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney menu include a glass of champagne on arrival and for seafood lovers - a shucking station with Coffin Bay and Lemon Tree Passage oysters, a cold seafood station with all the favourites from king prawns, to octopus and Moreton Bay bugs, as well as a hot paella station. For the meat lovers there is a carvery section with roast pork and crackling, traditional turkey with all the trimmings, as well as roasted grass fed beef, spiced leg ham and poached trout. Complement all this with a shared feast table with culinary delights as varied as barramundi, pulled lamb salad, poached asparagus and seasonal greens and a dessert station, and you truly have a festive feast to satisfy all the family.
Guests at PARKROYAL Parramatta can indulge in a delicious array of food including assorted fresh cooked prawns, oysters, blue swimmer crabs, Balmain bugs, smoked seafood platters, a carvery station featuring honey glazed ham with Hawaiian sauce, and a hot selection including roasted turkey with cranberry jus, pumpkin ravioli with basil cream sauce and rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes.
