Independent publishing powerhouse, Family Traveller has ripped up the rule book with the 2019 Family Traveller Excellence awards. Moving away from traditional restrictive categories such as 'best family hotel and best family airline', the awards are instead rewarding the top 50 family brands and experiences from across the world.
Categories could be the best waterslide at sea or the most amazing glamping tents, the most exciting experience with a safari ranger or the most sustainably conscious family travel experience. Whatever the experience, let us know and you could be in with the chance of winning at this year's awards. The deadline for entering has been extended until 17 September 2019 and entries can be made here: https://familytraveller.com/awards-2019/ .
“By changing the format of the 2019 awards, we are hoping to see the most creative and innovative family brands and experiences nominated and awarded for their excellence within the travel sector,” says Jane Anderson, editor of Family Traveller magazine.
In another change for 2019 children will be invited to join the shortlisting judging panel and have their say about which nominations should make it to the shortlist ahead of public voting.
This year's awards are sponsored by Ayla, the newest and most exciting resort destination in Jordan.
