Known as the Festival Capital of Florida, the area is truly passionate about its events, including world-famous Biketoberfest®, Daytona Blues Festival, Halifax Art Festival and  so much more. The Original American Beach has plenty that's new for visitors of all ages. In the midst of investing close to $2 billion in renovations and construction, the destination features a recently opened oceanfront rollercoaster, a new planetarium, the new Cici and Hyatt Museum of Art, and even a $5 million renovation of the ever-popular Volusia Mall.

Independence Day Weekend 

Patriotic Concert

Family fun at its finest! Exploring historical exhibits and climb the 203 steps to the top of the tallest lighthouse in Florida.

Johnny Cash & Friends Tribute -- July 3
The man in black! Bring in the holiday weekend with live music and a boardwalk stroll along the World's Most Famous Beach.

Eagles Tribute & Fireworks -- July 4
Free fun! Enjoy a summer tradition during Saturday night's free Bandshell                        
concert. Stroll the boardwalk and Ocean Walk Shoppes, grab a cone, savor 
Zeno's taffy and stay for the awesome fireworks after the show.

Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca Cola -- July 5
A great NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race and the nation's largest fireworks show! Be a part of the event
that's produced some of the most dramatic moments in racing history. At $10 a ticket for the kiddos,
it's the perfect way to spend a summer night with the family.

Youth Baseball Nationals
What:
The premier youth baseball travel tournament in the nation will take place on beautiful fields just blocks from the picturesque beaches of Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach.

2015 Nautica USLA National Lifeguard Championships
What: The four-day event, which is expected to draw nearly 2,000 competitors along with their families, will include a running relay, surf swim, rescue race, landline rescue, and iron man/iron woman competitions.

When: August 5-8

Daytona Beach Blues Festival
What:  Don't miss out on this philanthropic, three-day line up of blues music, food and fun.

Biketoberfest®
What:  This international event brings together motorcycle enthusiasts for races, charity, street festivals and expos while enjoying warm fall temperatures at the beach.

Daytona Festival of Magic
What: A magical event in its 15th year with lots of contests for the kids to participate in!

53rd Annual Halifax Art Festival
What:  View the works of over 200 artists at the second-oldest continual art festival in Florida.

Greek Festival
What: Enjoy a 40-year tradition of authentic Greek food and culture!

What:  Have some Thanksgiving fun at this nationally recognized, family-friendly car show and swap meet.

Enjoy music in the seabreeze! FREE Bandshell Summer Concert Series – Daytona Beach's historic Bandshell's free concert line-up features a series of tribute bands – including U2, James Taylor, and (Daytona Beach natives) the Allman Brothers Band, and more – performing Saturday nights from May 23-September 19. Come early, enjoy the Ocean Walk Village and Shoppes, stroll the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier, grab an ice cream and settle in for a musical night, with fireworks over the Atlantic to follow.

Play Ball! Enjoy the new Daytona Tortugas baseball season April through September at historic Jackie Robinson Ballpark on City Island and get a stunning panoramic view of the Intracoastal Waterway, the beachside and historic downtown Daytona Beach.
