Australia's only ever Tour de France winner, Cadel Evans, recently took to the bitumen and dirt tracks of Hong Kong to discover what lies beyond the neon signs and shimmering skyscrapers.
From road bike to mountain bike and even on foot, the contrast of terrain and experiences so close to the urban city left a lasting impression.
