Yorkshire hotel group Cedar Court has created 'A Cyclists' Heaven' - a challenging experience to cycle parts of the iconic routes of last summer's Grand Depart returning at the end of each day to recoup, to be well fed and stay overnight in comfort at a Cedar Court Hotel.

Welcome to the landscape of dramatic dales and breathtaking moors; tough climbs and fast descents - Yorkshire really is the county of choice for cyclists. Staying in a four star Cedar Court Hotel small groups of cyclists can take on a route that shows off the scenery and tests both stamina and bike handling skills.  

The package includes dinner and overnight, one night at each hotel in Harrogate, Wakefield and Huddersfield, a cyclist-friendly lunch full of carb-laden snacks to get you up the next hill, a 15 minutes' leg massage on the 2nd and 3rd nights, and an end of tour T-shirt.  There are wash and dry facilities for cycling kit and, if disaster strikes, special rates have been negotiated at local bike shops to fix the problem. Last but not least, a complimentary bedroom is offered to the driver of groups of 8 or more.

The route takes in some of the roads that were lined by well over 3m spectators last summer during the Grand Depart generating scenes that were broadcast all over the world. Scenes which are expected to be repeated at this year's Tour de Yorkshire on the weekend of 1st - 3rd May. Cedar Court cyclists can even be tempted to tackle "the beast", the name already being used for stage 3 of this year's event.

The special package, which includes secure storage of cycles and laundry facilities is just £89 per person per night as described above sharing a double/twin room with a £30 per night single room supplement.
