QT PERTH PARTNERS WITH HEALTHY MIND MENU CHARITY TO HONOUR PERTH'S HOSPITALITY HEROES
QT Perth is bringing together four of Western Australia's top chefs for a noteworthy night of dining to whet the appetite and warm the soul.
Held in the city of light's award-winning Santini Grill, a four-course feast celebrating the local talent has been curated in support of the Healthy Mind Menu charity (HMM). There'll be rare tastes, unexpected moments and conversation for a cause, all set against a backdrop of unforgettable views.
Led by QT Perth's Executive Chef Andrew Barkham, joining the QT kitchen is Stephen Clarke (Clarke's of North Beach), Alan Spagnolo (Sandalford Winery) and Amanda Yong (Empyrean Education Institute). Each chef will serve a signature dish, completing the curation of this unique degustation menu with local drops to match each course; including the classic but elegant 2017 Sandalford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Guest can expect to dine on some of Western Australia's finest produce such as Akoya oyster with scampi caviar, lime and fennel or Gold Medal-winning Futari Wagyu Beef Rotolo with soft yolk, bone broth and parmigiana.
Created in 2018, Healthy Mind Menu was formed to address mental health issues in hospitality and find solutions to better support the mental well-being of Western Australia's hospitality workers. Guests can expect an evening filled with flavours that evoke feelings, as a portion of the proceeds from this special dinner will be donated to this worthy cause.
HMM Chairperson, Wayne Teo said, “We are thrilled to partner with QT Perth and ultimately be able to offer assistance to the people in the industry who are suffering, educate peers about the importance of mental health and encourage people to speak up before they at crisis point.”
Adventure through fierce flavours from Western Australian finest, it's a night on the social calendar not to be missed.
