Cruise Whitsundays has welcomed back Danielle Krista as Public Relations Manager after a 10 month period of maternity leave.

Mrs Krista said she was excited to return to the role.

"Cruise Whitsundays has been busy while I've been on leave - they've commenced operating the marine services at One and Only Hayman Island, they've won Silver at the 2015 Queensland Tourism Awards and there's some new products I'm looking forward to sharing soon," Mrs Krista said.

"I'm excited to return to the role and be back promoting a product and destination that I am so passionate about," she said.

Cruise Whitsundays will be attending the ATE Media Marketplace in May, where media are encouraged to catch up with Danielle for a product update.

Maggie Kerrigan, who was fulfilling Danielle's role while on leave, will continue working with the Marine Tourism Management group in the capacity of PR Manager for the group's Fiji based products.

Danielle and her husband James welcomed baby Charlotte Rose Krista into the world on the 5th May 2015.  Their happy little girl is now ten months old, with two teeth, crawling around and threatening to walk any day.
At three weeks old Charlotte took her first ride of many on a Cruise Whitsundays ferry to Hamilton Island, and already she loves cruising around the Whitsunday Islands just like her parents!
