The newly converted end-of-row barn sits in the heart of the pretty rural village of Ashprington on picturesque Bow Creek, and is handily mid-way between the two friendly pubs which both serve great food.

The cottage has been meticulously converted with a modern theme, earning Helpful Holidays' coveted 4½ star rating. An oak-beamed porch leads into a light and lofty open-plan living space with woodburning stove and ceiling-high bifold glazed doors folding back to the enclosed gardens which surround the cottage to front and rear. For cooler days, a sunroom, also with bi-fold doors to the terrace, is a cosy haven.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, a double and a twin and a flexible room with 6ft double or twin beds. An upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower-room complete the layout.  

Ashprington is a peaceful village with award-winning winery and cheese creamery to visit, yet is also within easy reach of the wilds of the Dartmoor National Park and beautiful sandy beaches around the South Hams coastline. Dartmouth and Totnes are both interesting historic towns to explore on the River Dart, within a few miles of Ashprington.
