1. Aubergine (gym bunny favourite)

This organic restaurant serves a healthy menu in a charming finch on the road from Santa Gertrud is to San Miguel, adorned with green leaves, vegetable gardens and beautiful trees with a cosy space inside for winter days and private events. The team here also host a weekly Farmer's Market with a 'farm to table' theme.

2. La Paloma (nature lover's spot)

A countryside cafe with freshly homemade bread made daily along with salads and smoothes, much of which is sourced from the organic vegetable garden at the restaurant with a stunning courtyard and garden.

3. Passion Cafes

Three of the Passion locations are open through winter in Santa Eulalie, Marina Ibiza and Befit, created by the team behind purify juice cleanses and serving vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic and raw food with breakfast, brunch, snacks, lunch, dinner and even super-food cocktails available.

Villa Nobel

This modern stylish villa is ideal for a retreat stay, with fantastic outdoor areas, including stunning gardens and a large 6 x 18m saltwater pool with relaxing forest views.  Designed and built by Rolf Blakstad, Villa Nobel is nestled in the countryside surrounded by wonderful gardens with a glimpse of the sea and the church of San Miguel in the distance, this lovely property is located just under 5 minutes from San Miguel village and 10 minutes from Santa Gertrudis.

The main house offers 5 spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a garden annex provides an additional suite, also with its own bathroom. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas offers great flexibility and the home cinema room is an added bonus for wind down time.

Finca Marbella
