The U Spa by Constance replaces the former Spa de Constance brand and brings Constance Hotels & Resorts' six Indian Ocean spas in line with the group's philosophy. More than ever before, the therapists and spa treatments on offer at the spas in Mauritius, the Seychelles and the Maldives will work with guests to achieve their goals, ensuring a state of happiness in body and mind.
To reach this state of balance, U Spa by Constance offers a personalised 'U' experience, designed to maximise guests' wellness, enjoyment and vitality. Each guest receives a Spa Experience Card enabling therapists to keep a note of their goals and preferences and customise spa treatments accordingly. The approach is holistic, taking into account a guest's health, diet, fitness levels and skincare regime.
The spa menu includes a wonderful range of U Spa Classic massages, facials and body treatments as well as Signature U Experience Massage, Facial and Body Treatments - each of them entirely bespoke and tailored to the guest's needs on the day, including helping and healing skin, muscles, blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and nervous system.
Alternatively, guests can choose a massage with a particular goal in mind - to Relax, Rejuvenate, Detox or recover after Sports - each carefully designed by the spa team and using different, targeted body oils from the U Spa product range.
Guests can also choose authentic treatments from the range of international favourites - such as Balinese, Ayurvedic, Thai-Shiatsu or Swedish massage. The U Spa menu also offers fragrant scrubs and wraps to tone and repair skin for a tropical Indian Ocean island experience.
