'Brit Rocks & Tea Pots' at The Met - the hotel's new, quintessentially British Afternoon Tea

Rocks & Tea Pots' celebrates the best of British this summer with its modern take on the Great British tradition of Afternoon Tea. 'The Met Loves the Games' - view the sporting events in style

Located in the heart of the city on the city's iconic Park Lane, the Metropolitan will be one of the most desirable venues in London this summer to watch the 2012 Games. Hotel guests and non-residents alike can enjoy all of the action as it happens on a large screen that will be in situ in the Met Bar. Furthermore there is the option to hire out one of the private spaces or the sought after 10th floor suites offering unique views of Hyde Park. From here guests can watch the action with private butler service and cocktails.  The Met's Games package includes private room hire for an 8 hour slot, private Butler service, cocktail on arrival followed by 1⁄2 bottle of wine or 4 beers per person and a selection of gourmet canapés and snacks.
