Commitment To Cuisine Reflected In CuisinArts Choice

CuisinArt Resort & Spa

With the arrival of Emmanuel Perignon as Food & Beverage Manager, CuisinArt Resort & Spa in Anguilla further strengthens its reputations as the Caribbeans top gourmet resort.

Mr Perignon brings international expertise and an excellent ability to manage and work with local staff to this luxury resort. The new Food & Beverage Manager trained in France at the Elysee Palace and the French Embassy before moving to Londons three Michelin star restaurant, Le Gavroche. From London, Emmanuel joined Le Meridien, working first in Bora Bora and then at the 603-room Le Meridien in Nigeria. At both Meridien properties he developed strong management skills, successfully training and motivating a large and diverse local work force.

Perignon was most recently Food & Beverage Manager at Frances four-star deluxe Le Chateau de Bagnols. He brings to CuisinArt a solid knowledge of food and beverages, valuable international business experience, and an ability to manage both small and large environments. Located in the island paradise of Anguilla, CuisinArt Resort & Spa is nestled into a crescent shape curve of Rendezvous Bay. Mediterranean-styled villas offer guests luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, and the resort includes a full-service spa. CuisinArt is renowned for its unique cuisine, which is enhanced by fresh-picked produce from the islands only on-site hydroponic farm.
