The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel, franchised by Choice Hotels International (NYSE:CHH), is owned and operated by KPSD, LLC of Katy, Texas. Formerly operated as a Holiday Inn Express, the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel is currently undergoing a renovation that will add new beds to all guestrooms, refurbish the front desk and office and include interior and exterior painting.

The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel features 60 rooms and suites. All guestrooms are equipped with king- or queen-size beds, coffee maker, 27-inch remote-control satellite television with HBO, in-room desk, telephone with data port, high-speed Internet access, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and voicemail. Some rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. Two-room suites have two telephones and a king-size bed. Non-smoking rooms and rooms for individuals with disabilities are available.

The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel features an outdoor pool.

Rates begin at $59.95. Children, ages 18 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.
