Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire has launched its 2014 brochure featuring more than more than 550 hand-picked properties, with additions ranging from luxury apartments just yards from the sea to riverbank cottages in wooded valleys.
The portfolio of properties can be viewed in the brochure, on-line or via an App and, for 2014, a QR code has been provided, which gives a 'video snapshot' of Pembrokeshire and featured properties. The brochure is also downloadable.
Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire would be delighted to host national and regional newspapers, on-line publications and bloggers to sample a cottage break, subject to availability and guaranteed editorial reviews.
The family-owned company, which has a special relationship with many of its guests built up over many years, has also dedicated a portion of its brochure to their personal recommendations including what they love about Pembrokeshire, 'must sees', off-the-beaten-tracks hidden gems and great places to eat.
Cottages on offer for the first time include Dyffryn Tawel, a traditional stone cottage (sleeping eight) set in its own grounds - teeming with wildlife - on the banks of the River Nevern in a wooded valley near the seaside village of Newport.
Guests at this spacious, luxurious cottage - stylishly furnished with original art work, contemporary and antique pieces - enjoy fishing rights on half a mile stretch of the river and are welcomed with a hamper packed full of goodies including locally-made bara brith. Luxurious little extras include fluffy dressing gowns and quality toiletries. Prices for a seven-night holiday in 2014 lead in at £620, rising to £1650.
For fans of the seaside, 1 Plantation Cottages (sleeping six) is a mid-Victorian terraced property, just a 10-minute stroll from the lovely beach at Saundersfoot. The cottage has been carefully converted to maximise its glorious views and folding doors open up across its front to 'bring the outside in.' The sitting room and conservatory also enjoy views across the beach below.
The cottage, which has two woodburning stoves and central heating making it great for year round holidays, costs from £478 for a week in 2014, rising to £1192.
Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire also has a range of special individual websites including properties for families with pre-school children (www.toddlepembrokeshire.com), dog owners (www.thewoofguide.com) and a dedicated concierge service (www.coastalconcierge.co.uk).
