The Clarion Hotel On the Ocean is now open here at 1601 South Virginia Dare Trail.

Owned and operated by JRS Partners LLC of Virginia Beach, Va., the hotel is located off the shores of the Outer Banks.

The Clarion Hotel On the Ocean features 105-units, an onsite restaurant, meeting facility that can accommodate up to 175 individuals, exercise room, outdoor pool and whirlpool, business center equipped with a computer with Internet access, copier and fax machine and guest laundry services.

Guestrooms feature king-, queen- or double-size beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, remote-control color television, computer data port, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Some rooms also feature a whirlpool tub and balcony. Handicapped and non-smoking rooms are available.

The Clarion Hotel On the Ocean is centrally located to several major attractions including the Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, Cape Hatteras and Roanoke Island.

Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.
