Dragonairs New Inflight Menu Offers Passengers Signature Dishes from Hilton Beijing Wangfujings Prestigious Restaurant

Hong Kong - The award-winning Hilton Beijing Wangfujing will showcase its unique dining experience to Dragonair First Class and Business Class passengers starting from May 16, 2009. Chynna, the hotels signature restaurant will offer a full menu of distinctive Chinese classic dishes on board all Dragonair flights from Beijing to Hong Kong.

Travellers can look forward to signature dishes of Chynna restaurant such as Fresh Abalone Sliced with Shanghai Wine Sauce, Pork Meat Ball, Salted Scallop, Drunken Chicken in Yellow Wine and Fried Prawns with Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Chynna at the new Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is designed to be a theatrical space serving an innovative menu that combines regional Chinese classics with modern cooking techniques. This nouveau gourmet Chinese restaurant is adorned with Chinese artifacts and ornate chandeliers. Chef de Cuisine Yan Zheng, a graduate of the prestigious Beijing Xinyuanli Culinary School, serves modern interpretations of Cantonese, Sichuan, Anhui and Hunan cuisine in a dramatic and unique way.
