2014 was an outstanding year for Slovenia, with the country's first ABTA convention held in our capital, Ljubljana.We hope this was the start of a great partnership, as a journalist on a press trip or simply as a visitor with your friends or family! Slovenia is a fantastic year-round destination - from skiing the Julian Alps in winter to exploring the Mediterranean coastline in summer, or use the shoulder seasons to explore the diversity throughout the land.

So on behalf of Slovenian Tourism, we'd like to raise a glass of our finest local wine (from one of our 28,000 wineries!) to say cheers to a great year and that we very much look forward to seeing you again in 2015.

Finally we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year thank you for your support in 2014.
