Master Chocolatier, Paul A Young has created an exclusive chocolate dessert for the banqueting menu in the Great Room at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel.

Paul A Young's Marmalade Brownie with Smoked Salted Caramel and Bourbon Ice Cream is available as a menu option for events in Europe's largest five star Ballroom, the Great Room. Home to some of the most eminent events in the calendar including the BAFTA Awards Dinner, Pride of Britain Awards and the Cateys, the Great Room regularly hosts VIP's, celebrities, Heads of State and Royalty. At over 3100 square metres, the Great Room can host up to 2,000 people for dinner.

The partnership follows Paul A Young's limited edition Chocolate Inspired Afternoon Tea in the Park Room at Grosvenor House, which was available over Easter and through the spring earlier this year.

Paul is a truly artisan chocolatier at the very forefront of the British chocolate scene. He has four shops and regularly appears on television. Ground breaking and multi award winning, he has a reputation for creativity and developing original combinations that are sometimes daring, but always perfectly balanced.
