MASTER CHOCOLATIER, PAUL A YOUNG has created an exclusive chocolate inspired Afternoon Tea at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel.
Launching on Monday 14 April in the Park Room, just in time for Easter, Paul A Young has creatively combined the finest chocolate with the elegance of Grosvenor House's traditional and award winning afternoon tea.
Paul is a truly artisan chocolatier at the very forefront of the British chocolate scene. He has four shops and regularly appears on television. Ground breaking and multi award winning, he has a reputation for creativity and developing original combinations that are sometimes daring, but always perfectly balanced.
Paul A Young's Chocolate Inspired Afternoon Tea at Grosvenor House begins with a selection of classic, delicate finger sandwiches that are joined by a cucumber and Venezuelan chocolate sandwich for a contemporary twist.
Freshly baked Buttermilk scones with Devonshire clotted cream and a selection of jams will be joined by Paul A Young's award winning Sea Salted Caramel spread.
A selection of exquisite pastries will elegantly balance Paul's chocolate creations with the more traditional. Guests can expect delicacies such as Cocoa Shortcake Biscuit with Madagascan Chocolate Ganache and Earl Grey Tea Chocolate Tart.
