New Year's Eve at TĪNG

With unsurpassed views of London's skyline, raise a glass to the New Year with a magnificent five-course menu, incorporating the finest British ingredients and refined wine pairings selected carefully for each dish.

After 11.30pm a glass of champagne will be served, and guests invited to watch London light up around them with its annual fireworks display on the countdown to 2016. New Year's Eve at TĪNG is priced at £395 per person, including wine pairing.

Old Shanghai Gala Dinner

In keeping with the hotel's festive theme of Chinese chic, guests can celebrate into the New Year by taking a glamourous step back into the famed era of Old Shanghai. Located on level 34 and with supreme vistas across The City, St. Paul's Cathedral and the River Thames, the hotel's ballroom, Ren, will be illustriously transformed with Chinese lanterns, dark woods and a stylish mix of vibrant colours. A delectable five-course menu will showcase the best of British ingredients, with expertly paired wines served with each dish, which will ensure a spectacular night. Priced at £430 per person, including wine pairing.
