China Links Travel has created the dream tour for nature, wildlife and photography enthusiasts, travelling through two of China’s most beautiful provinces, Sichuan and Shaanxi. The tour takes in a rich assortment of wildlife including giant pandas and golden snub-nosed monkeys, as well as showcasing the beautiful scenery of these regions.
Departing on 14th October 2014, the 16-day tour will be led by professional wildlife photographer Heather Angel, former President of the Royal Photographic Society and author of five books on pandas and China, offering informal workshops and tips on wildlife, landscape and macro photography.
Highlights of the tour include tracking giant pandas in their natural habitat, visiting the Changqing Nature Reserve (home to the golden snub-nose monkeys and crested ibis) and a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Shin Hua Emperor's Terracotta Army, considered an eighth wonder of the world.
The itinerary has been developed for both experienced and inexperienced photographers, providing an opportunity to photograph an impressive list of endangered species and to develop photography skills in China’s nature reserves and scenic spots.
