September 2022 (Hampshire, UK): Chewton Glen is delighted to announce its new partnership with award-winning luxury CBD brand OTO, initially concentrating on the individual menopausal journey (peri, mid, or post). Following a successful year-long sleep-focused residency at sister hotel and spa, Cliveden House in Berkshire, OTO's Balance & Restore Spa Day will be available from September 2022 in the exclusive Chewton Glen Spa.
A member of the Iconic Luxury Hotels' collection, Chewton Glen is a quintessentially luxury, 5-star country house hotel on the edge of the enchanting New Forest. The idyllic setting lends itself to special experiential time for everyone, and just minutes from the stunning coastline you will find Chewton Glen's award-winning spa, where guests experiencing the OTO Balance & Restore Spa Day will discover a tranquil oasis, offering a true sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
Guests will find a 17-metre indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy spa pool, outdoor whirlpool, communal steam room, and cold drench showers. For something more active, there is a state-of-the-art gymnasium and dance studio with a daily programme of classes. There are male and female aromatherapy saunas and crystal steam rooms, single and double treatment rooms with private showers and saunas. The Pool Bar provides lighter and healthier options and serves up a daily alkaline buffet for those looking to maintain their body's PH balance and increase their energy levels.

Wherever guests are on their own personal menopausal journey (be in peri, mid, or post), OTO and Chewton Glen have designed the perfect spa day, Balance & Restore. Encompassing a 90-minute body ritual, which includes a stomach massage to release emotional heaviness and aid digestion, providing analgesic, cell-regenerating, anti-inflammatory properties to the skin and tissues. Live sound is weaved into the experience, stepping down the binaural frequencies to assist with the reset. Guests will leave with a full-size OTO product to either help re-programme sleep or bring clarity through the day, alongside a selection of educational plans covering exercise, diet, and relaxation.
The bespoke OTO body ritual is also available as an individual treatment, designed to either reenergize, rejuvenate or balance depending on individual needs. Using the power of CBD in curated massage oils blended with beautiful essential oils and specific crystals for placement. The experience is accompanied by a soundscape to fully immerse you and help you to “find your space”.
