Englishman Michael Faulkner will join The Opposite house as Director of Sales and Marketing. His wealth of experience includes five years with well known and international luxury hotels in China and Australia, as well as several years at the Metropolitan in London where he was also Director of Sales and Marketing.
On his new role, Michael shares "I am delighted to be joining the team at The Opposite House. It is a great opportunity to be involved with this unique, innovative and exciting property. I look forward to building on the success already achieved."

In other news, Alex Chen has been appointed Director of Sales after successfully launching The Opposite House as Communications Manager. Juliana Loh joins the team as Communications Manager, after several years as an advertising creative and journalist.
The Opposite House is located at The Village in Sanlitun, a vibrant new open-plan shopping, dining and entertainment destination developed by Swire Properties. The hotel�s 99 guest studios, including 9 spacious suites and a penthouse duplex, are amongst the largest in Beijing. More than half of all the rooms are over 70 sqm and all are strikingly simple with natural wooden floors and subtle touches of Chinese d�cor.
