A sensory journey starts here Freshening up the taste buds with some elegant champagne or wine, chosen by Sommelier Alan Tsui before slurping up a few pieces of freshly shucked oysters, Dungeness Crab, Australian Yabbies & King Prawn from the cold buffet corner.
