Europe's highest rated cruise line, Celebrity Cruises partners with Taste of Sydney for a second year
Would it be better to have a clean and crisp Chardonnay or a vibrant Bordeaux with a mignonette sauce drizzled over rock oysters? Would you serve a Côtes de Provence Rosé with a creamy black truffle risotto? And what wines would best bring out the flavour of manchengo cheese or saganaki prawns? You can find the answers to these and more at the European Inspired Food & Beverage Matching Masterclass by Celebrity Cruises, part of Taste of Sydney in partnership with Electrolux, which runs from Thursday 12th March to Sunday 15th March at Centennial Park, Sydney.
Celebrity Cruises is famed for its lifestyle-focused cruises worldwide and especially in Europe. To bring Sydneysiders a taste of this good life, the modern luxury cruise brand is running special European inspired matching masterclasses, hosted by Mindy Woods of Channel 10's MasterChef fame. There are four exclusive masterclasses, each themed around the European destinations of Spain, France, Italy and Greece. In each half hour session, participants will be taken on a culinary journey of the region, learning about the cuisine, while tasting samples of food and matching beverages. Classes cost $5 per person to attend and bookings are encouraged.
