Sydney, 03 June 2013 - Australian chef Maggie Beer, British chef Ainsley Harriott and Spaniard Miguel Maestre have shared some of their favourite recipes with PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Sydney's Executive Chef Patrick Doyle and his team. To celebrate this year's Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney, the special dishes will feature in a Celebrity Chef Inspired Menu at the hotel's newly renovated Barkers Restaurant.

The menu is available for lunch and dinner as either a two-course ($45) or three-course meal ($60), and can be paired with matching wines for an additional cost. It will also boast some of Australia's finest produce, including Queensland king prawns and mud crab, Tasmanian salmon and Australian organic chicken matched with Yalumba Y Series wines.

Chef Miguel Maestre recently dropped into the hotel to work with the chefs at Barkers on perfecting his dishes. The Celebrity Chef Inspired Menu starts on Monday 3rd June and will be available in the lead up and during the Good Food Wine & Show which takes place from 28th to 30th June. Guests who experience the Celebrity Chef Inspired Menu will also receive featured recipes to try at home.

Chefs Maggie, Ainsley and Miguel will also visit PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney and take part in a VIP event during the Good Food & Wine Show in Sydney.
