(Macao, April 30, 2014) – To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sands® Macao May 18, restaurants at the world-class hotel and entertainment complex are each launching their own commemorative menus in May, inviting locals and visitors to be part of this important celebration and savour the delectable selections available only during the anniversary month, with reservations starting now for dining in the joyful atmosphere of Sands Macao.

Copa Steakhouse

Guests fancy for a juicy sizzling prime beef steak dinner will not want to miss Copa, named by Hong Kong Tatler magazine as one of its Best Restaurants 2014 and awarded Best of Award of Excellence by the Wine Spectator magazine in 2013. The open kitchen allows guests to watch skilled chefs preparing the restaurant's signature dishes. The 10th anniversary specials are available from May 1 to 31, and include choices like asparagus salad with caviar; deep-fried Hokkaido scallop with avocado, sweet potato, and citrus mayonnaise; lobster macaroni and cheese; grilled U.S. certified tenderloin with smoked arugula purée, fried quail eggs, and black peppercorn sauce; 10-layer chocolate cake with cream cheese ice-cream; and lemon and lime mousse with bread and butter pudding and orange ice-cream. Golden Court

A featured restaurant in Hong Kong Tatler's Best Restaurants of 2014, Golden Court provides a traditional and authentic Cantonese dining experience in a contemporary, modern setting. The professional culinary team has designed an exquisite abalone menu for Sands Macao's 10th anniversary, featuring a variety of tempting dishes, such as steamed Dalian abalone with vermicelli and chopped garlic; fried beef dice and abalone with sweet osmanthus; braised fish maw with South African abalone and dried mushrooms; abalone and shrimp dumplings; and steamed pork and shrimp dumplings with abalone and black truffles. 888 Buffet

The popular 888 Buffet, which blends Chinese and South East Asian cuisine, is offering a limited-time 10th anniversary menu from May 16 to 18, priced at MOP 278* per adult and MOP 248* per child. The custom-made buffet includes such mouth-watering choices as Macanese curry prawns; wok-fried beef tenderloin in Sichuan style; a carving station featuring salt crusted roasted salmon with chili sauce, and lamb leg with roasted potatoes; double-boiled sea whelk with shark's fin; a chilled seafood counter including New Zealand oysters and mussels, crab legs and brown crabs; fresh sushi and sashimi; and desserts galore including chocolate banana brownies, lemon meringue cake, Vanilla mille-feuilles, a chocolate fountain, a Häagen-Dazs ice cream station and more. For a more casual option, diners can choose Sands Macao's 888 Food Court. From May 1 to 31, the international food court will launch a special menu featuring delicious dishes including Tom Yum shrimp soup served in young coconut; stir-fried beef cubes with Sichuan sauce and vegetables; and a selection of bento boxes like white cod in miso sauce, scallop in teriyaki sauce, and grilled Wagyu beef burger. Moonlight Noodle House

The recently-renovated Moonlight Noodle House serves up a variety of classic Cantonese dishes in a contemporary Asian design setting, with oriental elements from wooden furniture to ceramic decorations in different shades of red and gold and the shape of a full moon.
