Renowned wine maker Kathryn Hall is set to partner with two Michelin starredT’ang Court, at The Langham,Hong Kong, for an exclusive wine pairing experience.
On Thursday evening, April 28th, guests visitingT’ang Court can enjoy a rare wine pairing experience featuring HALL wines. Award winning Chef Siu has prepared a sumptuous eight course tasting menu for this special event, and 6 wines have been hand-picked by Kathryn Hall. Kathryn has personally chosen 6 wines from her impressive estate that she feels will best complement Chef Siu’s traditional Cantonese style of cuisine. For this exclusive evening Kathryn Hall will act as a personal guide to the 6 wines on offer and will also be sharing her knowledge on how best to pair Californian wines with Cantonese cuisine.
HALL’s estate vineyards encompass more than five hundred acres of classic Bordeaux varietals; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. As winegrowers, the Halls have a strong respect for the environment and a commitment to cutting-edge vineyard technology to yield the highest quality grapes. Through meticulous attention to detail in the vineyards, HALL wines are able to express the unique and diverse character of Napa Valley’s soils and climate.
